TO HELP YOURSELF AND THE PLANET!
Important note: I have translated via DeepL my previous post written in Port-Brazil. Since I have basic knowledge of English, I don't know if there are any inappropriate words translated that I didn't proofread. But, even smiling in this case, I believe you will understand what I intended to say. Thank you for your understanding.
The idea was just to compose a facebook post, but soon became an
article, which was inspired by my post yesterday about KALI-YUGA (on facebook)
and yesterday's live with THOR HAN via ELENA DANAAN, where I was really touched
by Thor Han's short statement at one point, about the enormous efforts that
THEY (the good ETEs) have been making on behalf of the Planet (which MOST of
them TOTALLY ignore). At the end I leave the links that will speak for
themselves!
And then the question arises: and what are you doing to help, or are you one of those who just complains and demands help? Read THE BELOW and answer yourself!
To help the Planet take a fatal turn for the better, by giving a greater
opening for POSITIVE EXTERNAL HELP, whether from good ETEs or other types of
Beings, we need to do our part, which neither God, nor Etes, nor Archangels can
do for us. And it doesn't matter if you believe in Etes, God or Archangels,
what matters is that you accomplish the two tasks below, and the rest will
follow:
Through the two tasks below we will help ourselves, the Planet and ALL KINDS OF BEINGS that fight the FINAL BATTLE FOR OUR FREEDOM at this very moment, which ANONYMOUS ANGELS, coming from all corners and nooks and crannies of the Universe and that MOST IGNORE...
So let's get down to the two basic tasks, which I have described as
simply and briefly as possible below:
INTEGRATE YOUR SHADOWS AND RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
And don't rush to say that this is old, that you are tired of the issues
- read to the end and THEN DECIDE if you can afford to say: I have already
integrated the shadows and every day - EVERY DAY!!!! - I do something to raise
my vibration. IF you can say that: great! You are one of the PILLARS OF THE PLANET!
You have become A LIGHT IN THE WORLD! And in your case, stay stronger and
steadier than ever and help others to achieve it! Here is your new task, IF you
are not already doing it more forcefully! Here
is the moment!
TASK 1: INTEGRATE YOUR SHADOWS (DEFECTS AND SIMILAR)
- INTEGRATING SHADOWS IS THE SAME AS ACCEPTING
YOURSELF!
EVERYTHING you don't like about yourself, ACCEPT IT! - don't make the mistake of trying to paint a gray to black shadow white. In other words: don't improve it! This will lead you to inner chaos and add up to endless shadows. ACCEPT YOUR WORST FLAWS OR TENDENCIES. ACCEPT IT TOTALLY! But for that you need to accept that you have such a shadow somewhere.
- HOW TO IDENTIFY SHADOWS:
IF you can't see yourself "from the outside", observing your most damaging acts, thoughts and feelings, see what causes you the most agony in others and see IF you have such a defect or tendency, perhaps in a much smaller form, with the other serving as a magnifying glass, precisely to see your smaller portion of that defect or tendency.
- WHAT IS A SHADOW:
A quality that has been overused, or misused, or it has been suppressed and become a SHADOW; something rejected by you. Add to that the lives of a Soul and consider that there are complex and giant shadows, fruits of countless misuses of your potentials, that need stronger and deeper steps, BUT then again, you will end up touching the tip of the iceberg of this giant shadow via your simple self-therapy and then yes, if necessary, life will lead you to find the right therapist or therapy to integrate that big shadow.
So start with something simple that you don't like
about yourself.
Sit down facing yourself and say:
- I hate that about me, or: I really hate that about me.... BUT I ACCEPT IT. And if you don't get it the first time, say: I ACCEPT THAT I CANNOT ACCEPT IT (yet)!
- And go on from shadow to shadow... If you want, write in a notebook... writing for many helps to identify shadows and to see the blocks... try it. Get yourself a nice notebook and a nice pen to write in and go deep...
TASK 2: HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
Practically anything goes, from prayer to meditation, from music to
dance, hiking in nature, working on the land and/or anything that causes you
deep personal pleasure, where the ego also enjoys what is considered WORTHY of
one's REAL BEING / REAL SELF.
Here are some links that might help you - I have already posted them in other contexts like these, but it can never be too much, because the power of evil consists exactly in the tactic of never resting, of repeating a lie, a fear until it contaminates enough to generate a chain reaction.
And good fails exactly in this: of not doing the same!
And it's incredible, people surrender to such negative tactics and consume them as vital food, while they easily tire of repetitions that would bring them spiritual strength and with it the much-needed discernment to see the traps that are set up every day for humanity to decay in its vibration and become an easy victim to maneuver - too easy! Poor rich humans, who sell themselves out of fear... sell their INNER SPIRITUAL POWER and with it sell their soul and life!
LET'S REVERSE THIS URGENTLY - there are so many helping us, but NO ONE CAN DO OUR TASK FOR US, and the above summarizes the two essentials, all others derive from them!

That will
speak for itself... and how it speaks! Even I was surprised by Elena Danaan's
answers, and I post here so that the STELLAR SOULS (the adjective SEEDS is
already worn out and very, very distorted) who are still sleeping or doing very
little, or giving up, BE ANIMATED, like me, and here I take the opportunity to
thank from the bottom of my STELLAR SOUL for the tip from my virtual friend
ANDREA MARRA who introduced me to ELENA DANAAN via a video. It was the right
time, because I was contaminated by those who sought to defame the
CONFEDERATION by saying that it is not doing anything - BEWARE - I fell for it,
but precisely to help other STELLAR SOULS to wake up!
And just as
Elena Danaan spoke via Jean-Claude (links follow at the end), it is not about
defaming the EARTH MESSENGERS, as we all have good intentions, but the negative
MESSAGE that the suspected ETES MESSENGERS are passing on, by subtly and
cleverly sowing contradictions, by not exposing, for example (and this I say
now, blog HelenaS) that THEY are connected to the negative ALLIANCE and
therefore want to destroy THE REPUTATION OF THE ALLIANCE OF THE POSITIVE ETES
who are giving their lives for us, and it is not today!

based on the above, understand what Elena revealed from Val Thor after my comment
on her facebook yesterday (11/03):

Helena, absolutely. Val Thor hated it!
That is, that the Earthlings made such a pact and that now the people and star souls are paying the bills. At least that's how I interpreted her answer.
Thor Han said about Val Thor: "He is done with Terrans!"
(They use the term Terrans instead of Earthlings).
In other words: I dared to comment that I thought Val Thor must be traumatized to this day - and apparently this is real, because only those who have a STELLAR SOUL know the damage this planet does to them, because STELLAR SOULS have a level of sensitivity that could be compared to 10, against the level 1 to 3 of humans who are native to the Planet.
And I was highly sensitive when she confirmed to me that she would pass on my message below to Val Thor - and to all I suppose, and that is why this article flowed earlier today; because enough of ignoring the effort that SO MANY are doing for the PLANET - many, thousands, from all THE NOOKS AND CRANNIES of the UNIVERSE.
And she replies: yes, I will! I give a WOW... and then I almost burst into tears... from exhaustion for them, for us, for everyone... what a struggle! So:
- IF you think that Etes, Angels and Masters are always willing to smile at our failures, I guess you don't know the stories of AUTHENTIC MASTERS and how these treated students or non-compliant followers; even Jesus is revealed in all his authenticity in the APOCRYPHA GOSPELS and partly in those "hand-picked" Canonical Gospels by those who would come to monopolize THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS, who never founded churches and dogmas.
So IF you are still the type who is offended by ETEs and Masters who get tired of our lack of efforts to free us from the slavery of ego and those who control us via slave egos... then you are far from deserving their help... but, they do not stop helping us because of you and others who do not make the slightest effort to give their contribution to the Planet.

Stop focusing only on GEOPOLITICS - understand that
it, among others, is a reflection of what WE fail to do for the PLANET.
Yes, it is important to know the basics and we can perfectly well keep up with the facts, BUT ONLY IF WE ARE DOING OUR PART, otherwise WE WILL ONLY REINFORCE EVIL, instead of using such knowledge to HELP DISSOLVE THROUGH OUR TASK 1 AND 2.
I have already written the above in several contexts and I hope that the plug has fallen once and for all: that KNOWING WHAT'S GOING ON should serve EACH ONE TO DO THEIR TASKS to help DISSOLVE THE POWER OF EVIL... and not to REINFORCE EVIL.
